Welcome to the official website of B&B Note di Verdi. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern bookings, stays, and the use of our services.

1. Bookings

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, email, or partner platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb).

Upon booking, the guest will receive a written confirmation including the stay details, agreed price, and cancellation policy.

To complete the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount may be required, payable by bank transfer or other specified methods.

2. Payment

The balance of the stay is due at check-in or according to the method indicated in the confirmation.

We accept the main payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, or bank transfer.

All prices on the website include VAT and basic B&B services, unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellations and No-Show

Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival: no penalty, and deposit (if paid) is non-refundable.
Cancellations after 7 days or no-show: the deposit will be retained.
In case of early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
Policies may vary for bookings made via external platforms, where the platform’s terms apply.

4. Check-in e Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (early check-in upon request and availability).
Check-out: by 10:30 AM (late check-out upon request and availability).
Any arrivals or departures outside these hours must be arranged in advance.

5. Stay and Conduct

Guests are required to behave respectfully toward people, property, and the premises.

Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and common areas.

Pets are not allowed unless previously authorized.

The management is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended on the premises.

6. Damages and Liability

Any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment must be reimbursed.

The B&B is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure (power outages, natural events, strikes, etc.).

7. Privacy and Data Processing

Personal data provided by guests is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data will be used exclusively for administrative, fiscal, and communication purposes with public authorities, where required.

8. Local Taxes and Regulations

City tourist taxes may apply and must be paid locally, where required.

The B&B is properly registered and complies with all regulations for tourist rentals and non-hotel accommodation.

9. Jurisdiction

Any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of the stay agreement falls under the Court of Parma, except where consumer law provides protection in the consumer’s place of residence.

10. Acceptance

By making a booking, the guest declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions of stay.
